Ingredients
Makes about 15 sesame sticks1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 slices of homemade-type white bread, crusts discarded and the bread cut into 1/2-inch-wide sticks
1/2 cup sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Season the butter with salt and pepper, brush it on the bread sticks, and roll the sticks in the sesame seeds. Bake the sesame sticks on a baking sheet in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes, or until they are golden.
