Ingredients
Sauté lots of chopped garlic (6 to 8 cloves, or even more if you’re a garlic fan) in about 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil until golden. Combine with cooked angel hair or spaghettini (whole grain, if you’d like) in a serving bowl; stir in chopped parsley or basil as desired, then season with salt and pepper.
