Putting Sandra Bullock and Hugh Grant in a rom-com is a cheat code. The two stars are experts in the genre, so naturally, their chemistry is on point in Two Weeks Notice. Lucy Kelson (Bullock) is a progressive environmental lawyer who fights for all the underdogs. Shes compassionate, caring, and thoughtful. On the other end of the spectrum is George Wade (Grant), a billionaire real estate mogul and womanizer.

Lucy meets George while working to protect a community center. Impressed by her rsum, George offers to hire Lucy as his new legal counsel. Lucy reluctantly takes the job, believing his money can help save the center. She soon realizes that George needs help in all aspects of his life and gives her two weeks notice. Yet, this relationship has a spark that might be worth saving.
