Gersh Names Leslie Siebert Sole President of Agency
Gersh Names Leslie Siebert Sole President of Agency-April 2024
Apr 25, 2025 6:51 PM

Just short of two years ago Leslie Siebert was promoted to the top role at Gersh as co-president along with the talent agency founders sons, David and Bob Gersh, as the trio took significant outside financing from a private equity firm to fuel growth.

Now Siebert, who joined the firm in 1984, has been elevated to the sole president as the Gersh family members step back from day-to-day management and take co-chairmen titles, the agency said on Tuesday.

David and Bob Gersh will stay engaged at the agency, continue to rep their clients, stay on the board of directors and will plot moves as the company branches out further into sports representation. But Siebert will take over the daily management of the full-service firm that hopes to rival Big 3 players CAA, WME and UTA. Siebert will become the first woman to lead the agency. This is an exciting moment for our company as we strengthen and empower our leadership team and position Gersh to ensure our clients grow their businesses and achieve lasting success in a competitive marketplace, Siebert stated. Additionally, Alex Yarosh, Nick Collins, Rhonda Price, Bill Gersh and Steve Gersh have been named managing partners at the firm.

The agency has touted a slew of notable signings in 2025, including Anna Faris, Elijah Wood, Michael C. Hall, Constance Wu, Quvenzhan Wallis, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Ty Burrell, Michelle Monaghan, Stephanie Beatriz, Pablo Schreiber and Idina Menzel.

Gersh has doubled its employee headcount in recent months to 600 after buying Madrid-based sports and entertainment agency You First in December in a big bet to establish itself in the lucrative pro athlete space. The newly titled division, Gersh Sports, is led by Steve Gersh, the grandson of the agencys founder, Phil Gersh, while You First exec Juan Asa joined the board.

The push into sports marked the second big buy that Gersh made since it sold a 45 percent stake to investment firm Crestview Partners in 2023, with the Gersh family holding the majority share. It also picked up about 25 agents in a deal to acquire the digital and alternative departments of A3 Artists Agencylast year.

On Tuesday, the Beverly Hills-based agency also unveiled multiple agents that had been promoted to senior partner, including David DeCamillo, Eric Garfinkel, Randi Goldstein, Rick Greenstein, Jason Gutman, Lindsay Porter, Alec Shankman, Jade Sherman, Joe Veltre, Matt Vioral, Bart Walker, Daisy Wu as well as the recent hiring of Bonnie Bernstein with that title.
